You’ve been recruited to the inner circle of the Trail & Timber Spice Co. development team. What you’re holding isn’t just a bottle of seasoning; it’s a prototype designed to bridge the gap between the rugged high-country ridges of Colorado and the deep, low-and-slow smoke of Texas.
This is a Technical Trial. We aren’t looking for polite nods; we’re looking for the truth of the flame.
The Salt Floor: Does the seasoning enhance the natural proteins, or does it overstep?
The Aromatics: Are the herbs surviving the heat, or are they getting lost in the timber?
The Bite: Is the pepper heat a steady low hum, or a sharp spike that masks the meat?
The Bark: How did the sugars or powders react to the surface? Did it produce the mahogany crust we’re chasing?
Be ruthless. If it’s too aggressive, tell us. If it lacks the “top-end” brightness to cut through the fat, we need to know. Your feedback is the final ingredient in our next production run.
